By joining us as a Specialist II, Order Administration, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to MEA Pressure Management’s internal and external customers (direct and representative) during order bookings, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction.

In this capacity, you will work collaboratively with the team and focus on meeting monthly and yearly POR targets through accurate order screening, order entry, and customer transaction management. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To check the completeness of the order documents.

To review contracts and orders received for both MRO and projects from local business partners or sales.

To coordinate with sales engineers, project managers, respective salespersons, or the factory for technical and commercial clarification of the order.

To check the part number and extract customer-specific information from business systems

To ensure adherence to local and international trade compliance and due diligence procedures for all transactions and business practices.

To verify if discounts and commissions adhere to business unit policy and ensure approval as per delegation of authority.

To generate and send customer order acknowledgments.

Who You Are:

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently, generate accurate, high-quality reports, and create accurate fit, form, and function validation rules. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You’re interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.

At least 2.5 years of work experience related to Customer Service, Sales, Order Administration, Purchase Orders, and Contracts review.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Familiarity with industrial regulators or pressure control devices is a plus.
