FT/PT Status:Full Time
Location:Sumner, WA (98390)
Shift:Night Shift – 10pm-6:30am (Monday-Friday)
Hourly Rate: $20-$24
United Salad Co.is one of the area’s largest family owned distributors of fresh produce, grocery and foodservice products across the Pacific Northwest region. We distribute produce to national and independent grocers, restaurants, schools and other institutions from local farmers and growers across the globe.

Responsibilities:
Receive and enter customer orders into the company’s database with a high level of accuracy
Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to pricing and discount policies
Communicate with customers, sales and supervisors to confirm order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide order status updates
Coordinate with the warehouse team to coordinate necessary driver paperwork for daily deliveries
Generate invoices and packing lists for outgoing shipments
Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and customer service
Perform warehouse tasks as required by the night shift supervisor
Job Qualifications:
3-5 years of previous experience in order entry, customer service, or a related field
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of fresh produce, agriculture, or food distribution industry is a plus
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn
