Job Description:
We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Chanute, KS. You will work on a fast-paced team of individuals providing customer support for all orders submitted with Bridgewood Cabinetry. This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
Maintain customer accounts by recording account and order specifications
Reviews and verifies customer and order information for accuracy
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s needs; contacting the correct internal parties, and ensuring the problem is resolved.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Develop a working knowledge of all Bridgewood Cabinetry products and processes
Communicate internally with our business office and production office for up-to-date and accurate order information
Professionally completes phone calls and emails from customers
Meet expectations of excellence for this position
Performs all duties with a friendly, positive, and team-oriented approach
Qualifications:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
Strong mathematic skills (formulas provided)
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Comfortable using computers
High level of professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a related role preferred
