🌟 About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care/Order Management Executive (SAP-Operations) to join our Operations team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will act as the key link between customers, supply chain partners, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and uphold service excellence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing from order placement to delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external customers
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics (3PL), and transporters to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, disputes, and issue resolution
- Ensure accurate Actual Delivery Date (ADD) updates before month-end closing
- Submit E-Invoices via customer portals
- Process Credit Notes and Debit Notes accurately and on time
- Monitor customer feedback and identify process improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports and support operational and ad-hoc tasks
- Collaborate across teams to support business growth and service excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer service / order management / operations (FMCG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD module / SAP HANA (required)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
