Role
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. We are looking for a highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide top-notch support to our CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities and contributing to our company’s continued growth and success. As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the executive’s calendar, arranging travel, handling personal errands, and overseeing email correspondence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Schedule and manage the CEO’s appointments, meetings, and industry events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and follow-up notes, ensuring timely execution of action items.
Travel Planning:
Organize detailed travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Prepare comprehensive travel documents and manage changes or cancellations as needed.
Ensure smooth travel logistics, including any last-minute adjustments.
Personal Errands:
Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO, such as shopping, appointments, and other personal needs.
Coordinate with service providers and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Email Management:
Monitor and prioritize the CEO’s email correspondence, drafting and sending responses as required.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Follow up on key communications and ensure timely responses.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain a high level of organization within the CEO’s office and ensure effective filing and documentation practices
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Adaptability and resilience in managing changing priorities and demands.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
Bachelors degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
