We are seeking a proactive Order Processor to join a busy and growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and administration ability. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, supporting various departments and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.
- Engage with customer to understand project details and requirements
- Chase any outstanding quotations and gather feedback from customers
- Maintain and update the database with any feedback relating to quotations
- Understand and demonstrate products to the customer
- Liaise with necessary departments (production, Warehouse, Transport) to ensure that customer requirements are met
- Proven office experience with a strong administration ability and experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
