OTR Flatbed Truck Driver / Owner Operators Jobs in Michigan at Duka Transportation INC
We currently have a position available for a 28 ft straight truck delivery driver. The route is local and pay is competitive. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday over night. Benefits are offered after 90 days to include health, dental, vision, life, and accident insurance. 401K after a yr.
Requirements include the following
Clean MVR, Background Check, and Drug Test are necessary. Must have DOT Physical and Medical DOT card.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to pass a driving test that shows you are able to operate a straight truck in a safe manner.
Meet delivery deadlines on a daily basis.
Ability to use a scanner to scan freight and the ability to follow procedures when completing paperwork.
Prior experience driving a 26ft straight truck is preferred. (1 year)
Prior experience working at nights is preferred.
Loading and unloading of freight.
Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs – pallet jacks and handcarts are provided.
Over night deliveries – Touching freight
