Job Overview
We are a locally owned and operated pest control company looking for additional office help. Your main responsibility would be answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. We will train you on our policies and scheduling systems. No experience is needed; a good attitude and willingness to learn are the most important traits we are looking for.

Responsibilities

Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for team members.
Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally.
Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems effectively.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
Act as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.

Experience

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a professional phone demeanor.
