Role Description The Owner role at GINTELL Malaysia is a full-time, on-site position based in Batu Caves, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and performance. The Owner will lead strategic planning, set business goals, and ensure alignment with GINTELL’s brand values and corporate vision. Daily responsibilities include managing sales and marketing activities, monitoring outlet performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The role involves supervising and coaching team members, fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and teamwork, and optimizing operational processes and budgets. The Owner will also build and maintain business partnerships, analyze market trends, and drive business growth and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams toward shared goals.
  • Business management and strategic planning abilities, including experience in budgeting, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
  • Sales, retail, and customer service skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing and brand management experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience in retail or chain-store operations management is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Ability to work on-site in Batu Caves and commit to a full-time schedule, including weekends or extended hours when required by the business.
