Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Packing customer contents in residential setting, must have good customer service
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
– Microsoft Office, Excel, communication with clients
– Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
– Coordinate and schedule appointments
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Maintain warehouse inventory,
– Inspect furniture, repackage and record in inventory management system
– Assist with quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Knowledge of warehouse inventory
