Duties include:
Drafting lawsuits
Discovery questions and responses
Mediation briefs
Other litigation tasks
The firm uses the File Vine case management system, and the position will involve working on that, including calendaring. The candidate will have client contact, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required. There is room for growth!
