Your Role

As a Financial Planning Administrator or a Paraplanner at entry level, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of daily tasks that keep our financial planning services running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

· Supporting Advisers: Assist our team with the preparation and management of essential documents for client advice, reviews, and general administration.

· Client and Supplier Communication: Engage with clients and suppliers via email to address queries promptly and professionally.

· Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation of advice recommendations, ensuring that applications for superannuation/pension accounts and insurance providers are handled efficiently.

· Administrative Excellence: Keep our databases (Xplan) and other systems up-to-date, ensuring full compliance with relevant standards.

· Task Management: Schedule appointments, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with ease, all from your home office.

Who We’re Looking For  

This role is perfect for individuals who:

· Have experience in paraplanning, specially preparing Statement of Advice for the Australian financial planning industry

· Have experience with Xplan (Wealth Solver, Risk Researcher, and Xtools+)

· Have a background in financial planning, insurance, superannuation, or related fields.

· Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for managing multiple tasks.

·Possess strong written communication skills, particularly through email, and have experience in report writing.

· Are self-motivated, independent, and enjoy working in a consistent, routine-driven environment.
