We are seeking an Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team at SMG ABA LLC This role is essential in overseeing administrative functions and ensuring operational efficiency within our firm. The Administrative Manager will play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment that supports both personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

E-Filing Management of tax returns
Client Billing
Accounts Receivables and Collections
Onboarding new clients
Software conversions and set up
Implement policies and procedures
Workflow processes
Manage administrative staff

Requirements

5-7 years experience
Tax return filing experience
Proven experience in office management or administration roles.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience with Axcess, Quickbooks online is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
