Duties
* * Processes invoices, payment requests, and other accounts payable, ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received. Filing, data entry, and other administrative support.
* Maintains accounts and records for inventory balances, including accounting for issuance’s, receipts, and regular physical counts, in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Understands and applies industry accounting practices associated with the work order process, reviews monthly transactions for accuracy, monitors status of work orders for timely close outs, and interfaces with appropriate departments to ensure timely work order closures.
* Develops and maintains a professional relationship with customers, vendors, auditors, bankers, and all levels of internal staff to support corporate systems and policies, procedures, and practices.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Schedule
* * Part-time- 20-25 hrs a week, flexible days during the work week.
* Rate of Pay
* * $20.00 hr Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 25 per week
