A&R Complete Auto Care is seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Communication:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on platforms such as Facebook, Yelp, and Google.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions with care.
Administrative Tasks:
Track and manage receipts for purchases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Organize and track office supplies, including placing and managing orders through Sam’s Club and Amazon.
Facility Maintenance:
Take out office trash daily.
Regularly clean and maintain the popcorn machine for the office.
Stock snacks and drinks for both the office and customers.
Event Coordination:
Track and organize employee anniversaries and birthdays.
Plan and assist in small celebrations or acknowledgments for special occasions.
Marketing:
Assist in marketing efforts, including distributing & ordering uniforms.
Coordinate with marketing vendors or internal teams as needed.
Scheduling & Organization:
Manage office schedules, including appointments and meetings.
Keep the office clean and organized to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Other Duties:
Assist with any clerical requests from management or staff.
Serve as the manager’s right-hand person, ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Proficient in Google Programs (Drive, Sheets, Docs etc.)
Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
