Part Time Administrative Assistant Jobs in San Diego, CA at Filkey & Associates
DUTIES:
Reporting to the Program Coordinator, provide administrative support working closely with Education Coordinator, Project Coordinators, Participants, and other program staff.
Responsible for creation and maintenance of participant files, filing all forms related to SYEP program.
Work with Program Coordinator to ensure all forms have been completed properly.
Answer phones, make photocopies, receive/direct participant questions.
Data entry of participant application forms; subsequent administration of these electronic files.
Disbursal of participant time sheets; timely collection of time sheets for payroll purposes.
Other assignments as requested by the Program Coordinator or Program Director.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate. At least one year of experience working in an office environment.
MS Office/Google Suites.
Knowledge of SEL and PYD.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of East Flatbush, Flatbush, Crown Heights, and Canarsie neighborhoods.
