We are currently looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in a sophisticated and upscale property setting. The ideal candidate should project a polished and professional demeanor. In this role you will provide key support in the day to day operations of property.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to on-site HOA staff

Assist Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors with various inquiries

Provide coordination of community-related meetings and assist with various forms of communication including board packets, proposals, website updates, and general correspondence

Answer incoming calls and provide phone back-up

Assist with architectural requests from homeowners

Assist with meeting prep, drafting minutes, assembling board packets, proposals

Assist in tracking and following up with vendor bids

Assist with special projects

Work Environment

This position operates on property. Use of a personal vehicle may be required. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. This position also requires the employee sit for extended durations of time in front of a computer.

Requirements

Two to three years in a professional office setting as an administrative assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

MS Office proficiency.

Schedule

20 hours per week with availability needed evenings Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and all day on Saturday, and Sunday
