Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Secretary to join our team and support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in administrative tasks. Must pass a background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
– Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
– Manage office correspondence including emails and letters
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies
– Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Skills
– Proficient in typing and proofreading documents
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
– Ability to manage files and maintain accurate records
– Familiarity with calendar management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
