Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Administrative Assistant for part-time work at a real estate development company. The applicant must be computer literate and an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities:
Email communication, Phone calls;
Scheduling, managing calendar;
Note taking; meeting protocols;
Order processing;
Occasional local errands
Qualifications:
Must have references and pass a background check
Must have excellent written and verbal English skills (bilingual preferred)
Must be fully proficient in Apple and Microsoft applications, and office and computer technology
Must be accurate and responsible, able to work independently
Some prior experience with administrative work preferred
Some experience with bookkeeping preferred
Job Type:
Part-Time; 20 hours/week @ $20/hr.
