Position Name: Sales and Operations Coordinator
Immediate Superior: Country President / Sales & Relationship Manager
Organizational Unit: BDG / Operations
Main Purpose of the Job:
Support our sales team and oversee the preparation and shipping of our two-way radios and accessories. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales processes run smoothly, orders are fulfilled accurately, and products are shipped efficiently.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales Support:
Process and manage sales orders, including order entry and tracking.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation and collections.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
2. Product Preparation:
Handle inventory and warehouse to ensure the availability and readiness of two-way radios for shipment.
Prepare products for shipping, including quality inspection, packaging, labeling, and documentation.
3. Shipping and Logistics:
Manage the shipping process, including scheduling pickups and coordinating with shipping carriers.
Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit.
Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and update the sales team on order statuses.
Monitor inventory levels for smooth operations.
4. Data Management and Reporting:
Generate and analyze sales, inventory and shipping reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales, inventory and logistics records.
5. General Administration:
Coordinate to ensure payroll, compensation payment and pay slip generation are performed on time.
Coordinate and handle US suppliers (office and warehouse, insurance, logistics, third party accountant, …), inclusive or related payable encoding, processing and payment as per contractual terms.
6. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline sales and shipping processes.
Implement new procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7. Customer Interaction:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, handling complaints, and following up on post-sale activities, in close coordination and as a support to sales.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, in close coordination and as a support to sales.
Render such other services & duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Desired Qualifications – Education / Experience / Skills Required
Work Experience
2-3 years of experience in sales support, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within the consumer good industry.
Level of Knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,237.00 – $46,139.00 per year
