We work closely with student unions and brands to enhance student life while generating revenue opportunities for unions. As we expand, we’re looking for an organized and proactive Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our operations, marketing, and partner relations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting multiple business functions. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for operational, marketing, and partner support, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration at UniStreet.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Admin Support

Organize and maintain documents, contracts, and agreements with unions and brand partners.

Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping.

Manage email inboxes, respond to basic queries, and forward important messages.

Track partnership agreements, deadlines, and follow-ups.

2. Marketing & Content Support

Assist in drafting social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.

Gather content for case studies and success stories from students’ unions.

Help schedule and coordinate marketing campaigns.

Organize promotional materials for student unions and brand partners.

3. Partner & Customer Support

Assist in onboarding new student unions and brands onto the platform.

Manage databases of student unions, key contacts, and partnership details.

Send follow-up emails to prospective unions or brands.

Support with demo scheduling and meeting preparation.

4. Event & Campaign Coordination

Assist in organizing online and offline events for student communities.

Help coordinate brand promotions and activations on campus.

Track ad campaign bookings and ensure smooth execution.

5. Tech & Product Support

Provide first-line support for student unions using the platform (basic troubleshooting).

Log feedback from unions, students, and brands to improve the platform.

Help test new features and document issues.

Key Skills & Experience

Prior experience in administrative, marketing, or customer support roles is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in student engagement, marketing, or event coordination is a bonus.
