Position:  Part-Time Administrator / Secretary

Part-time administrative/secretarial role,

flexible hours

and days

Office-based role in Finchley with easy parking

Additional hours are required to cover team members

Supportive and friendly working environment  We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join a supportive and

friendly team

as an Administrator/Secretary. This is a part-time position, working 2-3 days a week with

flexible hours

(10am-3pm or similar).

You will

also provide cover for the company PA when needed, so some additional

flexibility

will be required.

Duties include:

Providing dictation and typing support

Answering the phones and managing the reception area

Ordering office supplies

Assist with mail merge, training will be provided

Offering general administrative support to the team

Covering for the PA during leave/absences  We are looking for candidates who have some previous administrative experience, along with:

Excellent

communication

and interpersonal skills

A flexible and

positive attitude

Ability to

work independently and as part of a team

Excellent IT skills

A willingness to learn and support others
