This is a part-time position with a maximum of 1,508 hours per year and is not eligible for paid holidays, leave, or benefits.
Job Description
This position will provide a variety of clerical and customer services functions, including answering phone calls from the public, light typing of emails/flyers, filing, copying, faxing, opening and distributing mail, and/or performing other related activities. The ideal candidate must have customer service experience including excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Essential
Duties
Provides customer support, such as answering phone calls and emails from customers.
Performs basic office duties, such as copying, filing, faxing, typing standard documents, preparing, sorting, and distributing mail, and entering data.
Manages cash handling.
Hourly Rate
Salary will be dependent on education and experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old.
Minimum of two years customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish.
