Position: Â Part Time Permanent Clinic Assistant
** Job description**:
Clinic assistant on permanent part-time basis needed at a specialist medical clinic in Novena area.
Main responsibilities:
– Front-line patient service and appointment scheduling
– Pre-procedural coordination and patient counselling
– Submission of corporate billings
– Prepare and dispense medications to patients
– Keep track of clinic inventory
– Chaperone doctor when required
– Assist the Clinic Manager to ensure smooth operations of the clinic
– General housekeeping
About the job:
– Monday to Friday, Saturday half day
– No evening / night shift
** Requirements**:
