Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This job will be at the World Market in Las Vegas. Receptionist will need to greet customers, help around as needed, and communicate with everyone.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, manage phone systems, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Help clean up at end of day as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
