Administrative Assistant
Join Us! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for supporting our home center team with administrative and business processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Administrative Support
Assist with accounting & operations functions such as billing, ordering, and invoicing
Assist with audit preparation and compliance
Working closely with service department to help schedule appointments
Utilize Clayton’s internal technology and platforms
Communication Liaison
Prepare documents and other correspondence as requested by the Home Center Manager
Effectively communicate between different departments or individuals within the organization
Maintain location website and social media
When You’ll Be Doing It:
Full-time, Monday through Friday

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes with ease
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess strong customer service skills
Collaborative self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
