We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Support professional to manage and update workspace availability on our platform. This role involves handling data from multiple providers, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining an up-to-date property listing system.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
1. Updating Availability Data
Regularly update workspace availability from our provider network, which comes in various formats (spreadsheets, PDFs, emails, etc.). (We have circa 200 providers, and nearly 3000 locations).Â
Efficiently extract and format data into a structured spreadsheet for seamless upload to our platform.
Ensure all relevant details are recorded, including provider name, floor, desks, square footage, features, pricing, and location.
Where information is incomplete, liaise with internal with Ollie to obtain missing details.Â
2. Adding New Properties to Our Platform
Upload new workspace listings to our website via the backend system.
Input key property details, including:
Registration number, Address & location coordinates (Lat/Long), Images & descriptions, Facilities and amenities, Proximity to transport linksÂ
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data.
Proficiency in Excel to structure and format data.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.Â
Role Details: – Commitment: 3 days per week, 6 hours per day
