Part-Time Data Entry Specialist Jobs in Cambridge, MA at FENWAY HEALTH
Are you a skilled Administrative Assistant with excellent organization and communication skills? If so, we’d love to talk! We are looking for clerical and admin support in our main Savannah Office to help us talk with clients, work with vendors, manage databases, and find a long-term home with our company. Previous experience in office administration is helpful, but not required. Our ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, be a team player, and have a few years of administrative experience. Compensation:
$15 – $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming emails and phone calls professionally
Perform general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other clerical and administrative tasks for special projects as requested
Produce forms such as purchase orders, service agreements, change orders, and subcontracts
Coordinate meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts, and make travel arrangements for the project management team
Qualifications:
Superb organization and communication skills, as well as great time management, are essential
A high school diploma is required – additional college is desired
Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed
3 years of administrative experience is preferred – previous administrative experience in a busy multi-dimensional office is ideal
