Japanese real estate services company specializing in the revitalization and distribution of real estate properties seeks a detail-oriented Executive Assistant at their Midtown Office.

Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant to General Manager (NY Office)

Location: Midtown, New York, NY (On-site)

Employment Type: Part-Time (10–30 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $25 – 30 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager

Draft and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (frequent use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Assist with routine HR, accounting, and compliance-related administrative tasks as needed

Organize and maintain records, forms, and confidential files

Coordinate internal and external communications

Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects with flexibility and discretion

Ensure timely completion of assignments with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to respond to changing priorities

Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not required
