Description:
As a key member of our practice, the Client Relations Associate position will assume an important role in providing a variety of support to our clients and financial planning team. Day-to-day responsibilities may include maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating account transfers, scheduling and preparing for client meetings, and other duties as assigned. This opportunity is great for individuals who understand the importance of flexibility, customer service, and attention to detail in their work. This position will have exposure to many areas of financial planning as well as insight into running a small business.
Responsibilities
Preparation of new account paperwork for various custodians
Preparation of paperwork for account changes and transfers
Onboarding new clients, including loading client information into multiple software programs
Processing requests from advisors and clients
Suggesting and implementing process improvements
Reviewing agreements and being familiar with terms to ensure paperwork is in compliance
Monitoring and following-up on account specific alerts
Scheduling meetings
Maintaining client databases and reports for tracking purposes
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
DocuSign knowledge a plus
Familiarity with wealth management and financial planning terminology preferred
