Inspired Interiors is a dynamic interior design firm built on creativity, detail, and professionalism. We operate three companies under one roof: our core interior design and architecture firm, a luxury vacation rental property, and a spa and retail concept in pre-launch. You would support across all three, so range and adaptability matter.

This is a part-time role, roughly 20 hours a week, with real room to grow. We're looking for a steady operational hand to support the executive and admin team, cover key functions, and keep things running clean day to day.

The work

  • Support the Executive Assistant, Operations Lead, and CEO, and step in to cover when they're out, making judgment calls and keeping decisions moving
  • Support across all three companies, switching context cleanly as priorities shift
  • Pick up project support mid-stream: hit the deadlines and standards already set, match existing formats
  • Handle the operational side of social media: scheduling and publishing posts to spec, following the content calendar, staying on brand from direction already provided (execution, not ideation)
  • Run event logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and documentation
  • Keep files, project databases, and records organized, and leave a clean handoff
  • Support PR operations: press release prep, media outreach coordination, tracking

What we expect

  • Problem solver. Hears the problem, works the solution, and moves on. You untangle things independently instead of handing them back or waiting to be told what to do.
  • Executes to spec. Takes clear direction and runs with it cleanly, no reinventing mid-task.
  • Drops in clean. Reads the system fast, follows it, and understands it.
  • Initiative. Anticipates needs and plans ahead unprompted.
  • Dependable. Commit to your hours, show up, roll up your sleeves.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years as an EA and/or in a marketing/social media operations role; interior design or creative industry a plus
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or related field preferred
  • Strong with social platforms and content tools from an operational standpoint (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Squarespace, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, proactive, juggles multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
  • Works independently, slots into a team fast
  • Construction experience a significant bonus
