What You’ll Be Doing (80 Percent Marketing, 20 Percent Admin)

Marketing and Brand Management – Create flyers, postcards, social media content, and ads using Canva and company templates
Social Media and Content Creation – Plan, write, and post engaging content that aligns with our brand
Event Planning – Assist in organizing open houses, agent marketing events, and company functions
Tech Support – Help agents navigate marketing and AI platforms
Market Research – Stay informed on real estate and advertising trends
Administrative Support – Assist with office organization, property research, and occasional reception duties

Tech Savvy and Detail Oriented – General knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and social media tools is helpful, and expertise in some is great. Experience with MLS and DocuSign are a plus!
Creative and Passionate About Branding – Understands the power of compelling marketing
Organized and Solution Oriented – Manages multiple priorities with focus and efficiency

This role offers a huge opportunity to upskill and grow as a professional. While prior experience in all areas is not required, a willingness to learn and the ability to maintain high standards of detail are most important.

Location and Work Setup

Based in Bigfork, Whitefish, and future Kalispell offices, with occasional travel to Eureka and property sites
30 to 40 hours per week, with occasional remote flexibility
A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are preferred
