Administrative Assistant/General Office Duties

Established Old Town Alexandria property management company seeking an assistant for the following:

Answering and screening telephone calls and greeting customers and clients

Scheduling showings and appointments

General office duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the owner and other employees in daily tasks, reviewing bills, filing, responding to emails, confirming appointments, copying and scanning documents.

Applicant must be professional, able to multitask, detail oriented and organized. Applicant must have good phone etiquette and customer service skills. Administrative/Office experience including Microsoft Office and driver’s license required. Please send resume and salary requirements when replying to this post.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
