The Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our dynamic team at Infinite Consulting. As a Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of all project-related documents and records. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of documentation within the organization, adhering to established protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Completes and processes all incoming and outgoing documents in the document control database, including electronic logging, scanning, distribution, and storage needs.
Distributes daily Project Read Files.
Files and stores physical documents, including paper, manuals, books, photos, videos, and digital media in the project files.
Establishes and maintains a listing of all materials stored in the Project Library.
Assist in maintaining project File Index, files, and library.
Assist in monitoring programs used for compliance with procedures and requirements of the project and the company.
Maintains knowledge of the Company’s values and strategic plan.
Support published corporate policies.
Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in document control within the construction industry or a similar field.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to document control is preferred.

New York City Equal Pay Disclaimer Infinite Consulting Corp carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s experience, education, and training. The estimated hourly wage for this position is $30-35 per hour.
