Are you an organized, customer-focused professional with a passion for helping others and an interest in real estate or property management? Central City Management is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant / Leasing Assistant to join our team!
In this role, you will be the face of our leasing office—providing outstanding support to both current residents and prospective renters, assisting in marketing our available properties, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who connects with us.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails, responding professionally to inquiries from residents, vendors, and prospects.
Greet and assist prospective residents—show apartments, discuss amenities, and guide them through the leasing process.
Post and manage online apartment listings on various platforms.
Coordinate follow-ups with prospects and support the application process.
Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office.
Help develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current ones.
Stay informed on local rental market trends and provide feedback for improvement.
Support daily administrative tasks and assist the property management team as needed.
What We are Looking For
Associate’s degree, Business or Marketing preferred.
1+ years of business or administrative experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with strong writing and communication skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic photo editing tools.
Eager learner with a talent for crafting engaging video tours and precise floor plans.
Strong marketing instincts and comfortable using web-based marketing & social media platforms.
Familiarity with property management software like ResMan is a plus.
Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a team.
Reliable transportation is a plus for as needed off-site property showings.
Must be available to work some Saturdays during peak leasing season (May–September).
