Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computerized databases. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Duties: – Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other computerized systems – Verify the accuracy of data before entering it – Organize and maintain files and records – Perform regular data backups to ensure data security – Retrieve and compile data from various sources for reporting purposes – Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats – Assist with data collection and analysis as needed – Provide administrative support to the team as necessary Qualifications: – Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred – Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy – Familiarity with databases and data entry processes – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines – Excellent written and verbal communication skills Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
