Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Duties:
– Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks and other computerized systems.
– Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, and proofreading documents.
– Assist with administrative duties including managing schedules and appointments.
– Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks.
– Support office management by coordinating office activities and operations.
– Welcome visitors and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.
– Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in QuickBooks for data entry tasks.
– Strong computer skills with experience in Google Suite.
– Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk is a plus.
– Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
– Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is beneficial.
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
