Experience in EMR, managing information requested by parties or agencies inside and outside the office, understanding HIPAA, medical terminology, strong communication skills over the phone, attending to patients in person, referral management that includes scheduling outside appointments, tests, and admissions, multitasking with organization, and scheduling.
