My client is an established IFA practice looking for a receptionist to work ideally Monday to Wednesday from 9-5:30 (but flexible) and covering the other receptionist when they are on leave ..

Main duties

Answering income phone calls, meet and greet clients, and some office admin duties.

Ensuring calls are dealt with in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

The are looking for

strong communication skills and a friendly approach.

Self-motivation and able to prioritise.

Experience of working in a professional setting.
