OVERVIEW:
TheReceptionistis a valuable part of our team who is responsible for greeting customers with a positive and friendly attitude on the phones and in person. They must be available to work evenings and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers incoming calls in a professional manner
Greet Customers with friendly/professional attitude.
Maintain a professional work environment.
Direct Customers to appropriate individual or department whether by phone or in person
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Extremely professional and dependable
Previous Dealership experience a plus but not required.
