Title:

Associate Logistics Administration Specialist

KBR is seeking an Associate Logistics Management Specialist for the US Navy E-2 / C2 Training Devices. The position will support the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD)during all phases of trainer acquisition.

In this role, you will assist with ensuring the E-2/C-2 Training Systems Level II ILSM to meet assigned Training System logistics objectives in support of E-2/C-2 trainer acquisitions.

Role and Responsibilities:

Assists with preparing and monitoring logistics budgets for training devices.

Assists with providing detailed analysis of systems support requirements, joint distribution operations, life cycle management assessing design suitability with planned support systems, conducting life-cycle supportability assessments and cost/performance trades, ensuring effective development of Government-wide logistics support (e.g., supply support, maintenance, facilities, etc.), accomplishing appropriate documentation (e.g., plans, reports), and implementing practices and procedures to ensure supportability of fielded systems. Analyzes specifications and related information and uses logistical modeling techniques to predict maintenance levels and costs through the acquisition life cycle.

Works with management to determining program supportability procedures and prepares supportability plans in logistics technical disciplines. Conduct configuration audits.

Assists in preparing briefs, status, risks and issues at periodic Program Management Reviews.

Assist with preparing logistics support documentation and source data, such as logistics operational management/user documents, integrated logistics support plans, user logistics support summaries, post-production support plans, and logistics implementation plans.

Assists management with Implementing logistics plans, databases, and support files to support the fielding of new complex information systems or major modifications.

Applies logistics principles and methods to specialized logistics solutions.

Performs logistics database management functions.

Performs logistics inventories and related logistics functions. Works independently and leads the implementation of logistics discipline.

Attends Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and conferences alone side leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field with zero to two years of experience.

Prior logistics military training is preferred.

Prior experience supporting inventory control, and conducting regular budget, cost, and configuration management audits is prefers.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required level security clearance in a timely manner.

Must be available to work on-site in Orlando, Florida.

Must be adept in Microsoft Office products.
