Job Overview
We are seeking a self motivated, detail-oriented and organized Assistant Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and assisting with various tasks that contribute to our overall efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software (Google or Microsoft Office), and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, including customer support.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Provide personal assistant support as needed for management or team members.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
Ensure that office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software applications.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new technologies and applications.
Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Prior experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
