Summary:
Assist the Scheduling & Logistics Team.
Specific Position Duties:
Answer, transfer, or screen telephone calls in the absence of the Scheduling & Logistics Specialists.
Deliver documents to other divisions and/or departments.
Update room reservation worksheets.
Assist specialists with course schedules.
Perform tasks/projects as assigned by supervisor or other personnel in the Scheduling & Logistics department.
Minimum Qualifications:
Smile and be productive in your work.
Be cordial to faculty, staff, and visitors entering the suite.
