Role Description
- Approach influential speakers, thought leaders and similar position to collaborate in Workshop Business as speakers and expertise
- Partnership with external parties to collaborate in our Workshop Business
- Develop and maintain a database of potential speakers, including details of their expertise and past speaking engagements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers, their representatives, and key organizations.
- Act as the primary liaison between speakers and the organization, providing clear communication and timely updates
- Create proposal and ensure all speaker contracts, agreements, and deliverables are finalized in a timely manner
- Foster ongoing relationships to explore future speaking opportunities or collaborations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in speaker acquisition, partnership management, or event planning
- Strategic Partnerships and Account Management skills
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Placement : On site Gamping – Yogyakarta
