This well-established, top tier organisation are recruiting a detail orientated and passionate Administrator to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Across Australia and New Zealand, this industry leading Intellectual Property practice house a large, energetic, experienced and diverse team of patent attorneys and support staff, who work on cutting edge technologies.

In Melbourne, they have approximately 70 staff and have recently moved into stunning offices in the heart of the CBD. You can expect beautiful views of the city and access to state of the art facilities.

As an Administrator, you will work alongside a diverse team of dedicated and friendly Intellectual Property Administrators who are there to help train and develop.

Duties of this Administrator position will include (but are not limited to):

Managing the patent and design application process.

Maintaining the accuracy of the firm’s case records.

Drafting correspondence and other documents.

Ensuring billing requirements are met and actioned.

Other administrative and clerical actions necessary to facilitate the filing of Patents.


To be successful in this Administrator role, you will possess the following attributes:

High attention to detail and eye for accuracy.

Experience working in administration, ideally within professional services or medical.

IT savvy and able to learn new systems.

Great verbal and written comms.
