Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant/Office Assistant to provide support and assistance to a busy professional. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various tasks efficiently.

Below is a preliminary list of responsibilities and expectations, and will be updated and reconsidered periodically . PA is responsible for keeping list of expenses and shall submit expense report by monthly for any household or office expenses gas stipend of $75 per month to be distributed for picking up materials ect to and from the office or household property as well as any other commute.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Being on call for Milestones Pediatric Dentistry whether that be front office scheduling or back office assisting
Ordering of supplies for 696 Newport Avenue and 22 Cedar Hill Terrace
Managing new hire on boarding as well as monthly trainings for office
Managing housekeeping for dental practice dental repairs deliveries, snow, plowing, landscaping, etc. for Milestones Pediatric Dentistry
Managing virtual assistance, schedules obligations and duties as it relates directly to MPD.
Organizing special events for MPD and marketing per holiday and monthly events
Picking up supplies mail, making bank deposits
Delivering referral pads to local doctors offices
Maintaining MPD’s therapy, dog daily, walk, grooming, schedule, and maintenance of the daily schedule, specific calendars appointments, etc. that utilize your specific skills.
Daily weekly and monthly facilities cleaning
Daily pick up of mail at Attleboro post office
Weekly mailing of spore test
Monthly documentation of equipment, efficiency and emergency drug maintenance
Monthly documentation of fire training, and nitrous oxide training

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in administrative or personal assistant roles
– Proficiency in front desk operations and office management
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Familiarity with event planning processes
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
– Proficient in data entry tasks
