Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems.
Duties:
– Input data from a variety of sources into the computer system
– Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
– Verify accuracy and completeness of data
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
– Generate reports based on the data entered
Requirements:
– Proficient in using file type systems
– Basic understanding of databases
– Familiarity with Excel for data entry tasks
– Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed
– Clerical and organizational abilities to manage data effectively
– Experience in order entry is a plus
