Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 hour days with a 30 minute lunch. No Weekends! Open hours are 7:30am-5pm, shifts are 7:30am-4pm, or 8:30am-5pm.
Location:
Loveland office (2000 Boise Avenue, Loveland CO 80538) but team members have expectation of covering at both office sites based on staffing needs.
Day to Day:
Greets patients and visitors at the front desk, register patients for appointments, completed insurance and demographic updates, collect payment for services, schedule future appointments, uses various computer applications effectively, communicates with clinical team members.
Additional clerical office duties. REliable, excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, professional demeanor, ability to multi-task, organized, works well in a team.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position coordinates a smooth patient flow process by answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, providing registration of patient and insurance information, obtaining required signatures following established processes, procedures and standards. This position also verifies insurance coverage, validates referrals and authorizations, collects patient liability and provides financial guidance to patients to maximize medical services reimbursement efforts. This also includes accurately posting patients at the point of service and releasing information in accordance with organizational and compliance policies and guidelines.
