Role Description
5+ years Patient Scheduling experience required. Oracle Knowledge Required.
This is a contract-based remote role for a Hospital Patient Scheduler. The Patient Scheduler will manage Radiology appointment scheduling, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure all patients receive timely and efficient service. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling appointment rescheduling, and providing excellent customer service to address patient inquiries. The role requires effective communication with patients and healthcare teams to manage scheduling needs.

- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage high volume of calls.

- Proficiency in Oracle Cerner.
