Patient Service Representative
for our client in
Indianapolis, IN
! This is an onsite role.
Type:
3-month Contract
Schedule:
8 am to 5 pm, Mon – Fri
Pay:
$16 to $18/hr

Responsibilities of the Patient Service Representative:
• Answering incoming calls, sending messages to medical assistants
• Scheduling appointments, checking refill line and sending those messages to MAs, rescheduling appointments as needed
• Updating patient demographics including insurance, verifying insurance eligibility, filing paperwork electronically, other office duties as assigned
Qualifications for the Patient Service Representative:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical Office experience
• Experience with medical insurance, verifying eligibility
• Familiar with medical terminology
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
